Why Midterm Rentals?
If you want cashflow, but are worried about short term rental regulations or short term rental are not permitted in your area, midterm rentals could be for you!
Guests would rent your property for a minimum of 30 days, which bypasses short term rental regulations. Plus, most travel nurses are looking to book 60 - 90 days at a time.
The midterm rental strategy still allows you to rent your property furnished, but instead of targeting the vacation rental guests, your property will be rented by families relocating, couples in transition after selling their home, construction companies or even a family in need of a temporary furnished home because their home was damaged by fire or some other disaster.
What is PadSplit?
Rent each room in your property and gross $3,000 + per month
PadSplit is similar to Airbnb, however guests rent furnished bedrooms instead of the entire home.
This strategy allows you to maximize cashflow by renting each individual bedroom in your property for $185 - $300+ per week. Housemates stay a minimum of twelve weeks at your property, however we have found that most people are looking to stay six to twelve months.
Renters are working in your local community, but due to increased rent cannot afford to rent their own apartment or home and would prefer to rent a furnished bedroom.
